1 Million Followers And You're Still Broke
I met a man who had hit the 1 million followers mark, the problem was he had not learnt how to monetise it. He had a million people watching his every move and couldn’t afford a cab ride! To me that makes absolutely no sense. The key is; do not build a brand, to build your ego, build a brand, to build your business. So how do you do it: 1. Be clear on the business model before you start. I.e how will IG make you money! 2. Create content for your target audience. I.e content that attracts the audience that will actually buy from you. 3. Measure the conversions and focus on Likes that turn into Liquid Cash. Not Likes just for Likes sake. 4. Never buy Likes. You need real people, to pay real money for your business!!! 5. Focus on building a sales pipeline from your followers. Aim to get them off IG into your own database. You need to capture them to create effectives leads. It’s better to have 10,000 people who are actual customers rather than 1 million people who just watch you. Good luck with building your brand.

Did you know that 90% of recruiters say they conduct online research before they engage with you! So the question is, what are they finding? How To Get Into The Mind Of Your Clients/Customers
To effectively market to your target audience you first need to get to know your target audience. I often refer to your target audience as ‘Your Friend’. I say this as an illustration of how well you need to really know this person/group of people. Like a friends, you need to be clear on how they are feeling, where they go, what they do, what they believer in and how they like to be spoken to.
Personal Brand Success:10% Talent and 90% Re-positioning
Did you know that you can be as talented as you want to be, but if you do not position your brand correctly, you will always be talented and broke! I know this is harsh, but think about it; how many very talented and yet commercially unsuccessful people do you know? Too many!!! So in this video I ask you to think about all the things you can do to reposition your brand and allow your talents, skills and abilities to be fully recognised.
Are They Really Haters?
How is your week going? Have you had 1 or 2 negative comments from work, social media, social gatherings, friends, family, collegues? If you have, I want to address this matter, are they really haters or are they providing you with an opportunity to grow? Quite often we take comments personally and we forget that the world isn't out to get us! Pause.....bring down your ego and see if you can take that comment to improve your brand.
What Stands In The Way Becomes The Way
I want to share an old saying with you guys, "What stands in the way becomes the way”. Think about it, how many times has something happened in your life and instead of going around it, what you should be doing is utilising it. Take a step back and look at how you can effectively take your situation and turn it into a tool for your personal brand success?
It's Ok To Say No
Sometimes in life you have to learn to say NO. Your no’s really are more important than your yes’s. You need to be comfortable with saying NO, once you start saying NO your YES will be alot more focused. Remember you don’t actually have to say anything after it. NO. Is a complete sentence.
I've Fought To Become Me, Have You?
I love the person I have become, because I fought to become her. Through tears, heartache, disappointment, joy, fun times and scary moments; I carved her out. _____ I was meticulous with her character, careful about her nature, determined with her ambitions and supportive with her appearance. I created her and fought not for perfection but a constant desire for growth. So now I am her. I won’t let you tear her down! Your words, your actions, your inaction, can’t deter the journey she is on. She isn’t for everyone. But she is perfectly me. I AM MY BRAND
